Hector looked at his daughter, thinking that she came to her sense.

"Am I that annoying?"

Valerie's eyes turned red as she looked at Hector.

Since she was a child, no one had ever disliked her. Why was Skylar so special?

"How could that be? My daughter is pretty and sensible. That Holland guy must be blind."

Hector had always been proud of Valerie.
