Dominic pinned her down easily.
He then whispered some embarrassing things in her ear. "Didn't you say that you didn't love me anymore? Didn't you say you no longer held the same passion you had for me back then?"
At that moment, Bella truly believed that he had lost it. He had always been a cold and stern man, so how could he say such things?
She tried her best to turn to look at him, but everything before her turned into a blur, and she could no longer see anything clearly.
Once the passionate session was over, it was almost 10:00 pm.
Bella lay in her bed, unmoving. She didn't want to talk to Dominic as she looked at him with resentment.
He could only accept her silent resentment as he got down to make them some food.
Hearing sounds coming from the kitchen, Bella was slightly confused. Was he cooking? She couldn't really believe it, but when she remembered how he could cook a steak, she assumed he knew a thing or two. It wasn't too bad having him serve her every once in a while.
She never thought that steak would be the only thing he knew how to cook.
When it was time for them to eat, she looked at the food on the table in shock. Every dish looked like it had been doused in poison, and there wasn't any color to them.
The rice was the only thing that looked decent, but that was made with her rice cooker…
