"Felix, you look like you're in a world of pain; let me help you out," she said, and with her body twisting, she slowly crawled towards him.

Felix's face turned stormy, but he pressed on, "What are you doing here? Where's Carol?"

"Forget about Carol, it's just us now, Felix. I can help you, I'm ready. I've always been ready. I know you've been hesitant to touch me, but I'm ready for you now, Felix. Take me."

She shamelessly clung to Felix's legs.

Sitting on the edge of the bed, Felix could still feel a raging heat within him.

Not wanting to entertain certain thoughts, he looked down at Listina instead.

"Did you drug me?"

Caught off guard, Listina realized that Felix wasn't looking right, but the last thing she expected was that Carol would have drugged him.

Her eyes flickered with denial.

"No, I didn't, I swear I wouldn't dare. It was Carol's doing. You were already here on the bed when I arrived."

"Who told you to come?"

"Carol did. She sent me a text. Felix, she's truly shameless, running off this late at night, probably to meet her lover. Forget about her. I can make you feel good."

She got up, trying to kiss him and to rub against him.

But Felix pushed her away, hard.

Listina fell to the floor, cradling a sore elbow. Her face went white as she looked up at Felix.

She couldn't be sure, but it seemed there was a terrifying darkness loomed behind him, ready to consume everything in its path.

Her lips quivered with fear, and though she would normally press on with her seduction, she now didn't dare move; she only had her head bowed, while her body was trembling.

She had never seen Felix this dark before.

"Felix."

Still in his suit, Felix loosened his tie and let out a cold laugh.

"She sent you a message, and you just came?"
