"I've arranged to meet with Mrs. Lee today at Savor Symphony." Simone said, a faint smile finally gracing her face.

"Well, we better dress Carmella to the nines then!"

"Don't worry, we’ve got it!"

Meanwhile, Carmella was in her room, staring blankly at the dress Simone had picked out for her on the sofa.

Simone had told her that Elvin Frost, from the Frost family, had just returned from studying abroad. He was brilliant, albeit a bit on the short side.

Carmella couldn't help but scoff. A bit short? Elvin was even shorter than her!

A chill ran through her heart. She immediately grabbed her phone and dialed Finley Gould.

When he picked up, Carmella immediately said, with a tone of grievance, "Finley!"

Finley was taken aback, asking in surprise, "Carmella, what's wrong?"

Trying to hold back tears, Carmella said, "My parents want me to shut down my studio and get married ASAP!"

Finley's tone turned cold: "Damn, that's rough."

"I don't want to get married, Finley; can you help me?" Carmella couldn't hold back her tears anymore.

"Sweetheart, don't cry!" Finley's voice was full of concern: "You're breaking my heart here."

Still sobbing, Carmella said, "I really don't know what to do!"

"Let's meet and talk about this; don't worry, I'll help you sort this out." Finley's voice was full of care and protection.

Carmella nodded. "I'll wait for you at the restaurant where we met last time."

After hanging up, Carmella quickly washed her face, put on makeup, and slipped into the dress Simone had bought for her. Noticing that Simone was not in the living room, she quickly sneaked out of the house.
