Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1960

A man's long legs pinned her down, his arms braced beside her face, enveloping her beneath him as he planted fervent and crazed kisses on her lips.

Deep and shallow, the kisses seemed endless.

Estelle's body softened, her hands cradling his face, her teeth lightly biting her lip, her eyes shimmering with emotion,

"Jonathan, please go. Leave Zion. Head to Citadel if you must, wait for me there. Once I'm done with this mission, I'll come find you."

That the twelfth level underground was no simple affair. To stop Professor Bernard from leaving, Mr. Raiden would surely employ more than just temptation. Once the microwave weapons were activated, all of Zion would turn to rubble.

She had a hunch that if Raiden were provoked, he would commit acts of sheer madness. She didn't want everyone to be dragged into danger because of a mission she had taken on herself.

Jonathan's forehead pressed against hers, as if he understood her thoughts. His voice was hoarse, "Citadel? If the microwave weapons are activated, Citadel won't have a blade of grass left standing. What difference does it make where I am?"

"Then go back to the Mystoria Federation."

"Shh!" Jonathan's long finger pressed against Estelle's lips, his deep eyes locked on her unwaveringly, "Don't make me angry!"

He lowered his head to capture her lips, his voice gravelly with emotion, "Right now, I just want you badly!"

With those words, he swept Estelle up in his arms, his tall frame rising as he kissed her, carrying her towards the bedroom.

"I've missed you so much, so if I'm not gentle enough later, remember to remind me!"

The door slammed shut, the curtains drew closed automatically, and the room was plunged into darkness. Estelle's dress was impatiently torn away by the man, and her back sank into the softness of the large bed as she closed her eyes and merged into his passionate embrace.

Jonathan's palm cradled her slender waist as he whispered sweet nothings into her ear.

For a moment, Estelle forgot everything - the mission, Gab, everything but the man's intense fervor.

Lambert, upon returning to the villa, was immediately entangled in a slew of family matters. For some reason, a pile of issues had erupted and landed squarely on his shoulders.

There was a never-ending stream of people seeking him out.

By the time he had dealt with everything, two hours had passed, and it was nearly past lunchtime.
