Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 237

Jonathan didn't reveal any emotions on his face. "Estelle is my girl, so please, Mr. Scott, stay away from her."

"Your girl?" Manley sneered. "Mr. Lamont, are you announcing Estelle's identity?"

Jonathan chuckled coldly. "I thought Mr. Scott was a smart man, you should’ve known better."

Manley put his hands in his pockets, with a cynical smile. "How could I know, when Mr. Lamont's girl is serving people in a place like this? You didn't make it clear."

Jonathan wasn't angered by his words, and calmly said, "Now that you know, shouldn't you stay away from Estelle?"

"Stay away from her?" Manley laughed maliciously. "If one day, Mr. Lamont sees Estelle in my bed, then we can talk about this, all right?"

Mamie could clearly feel Jonathan's anger. Seeing him take a step forward, she immediately looked back at Estelle.

Estelle had already moved, blocking Jonathan's path, holding his wrist, and whispered, "Jonathan!"

Jonathan slowly relaxed, holding Estelle's hand, and gave Manley a cold smile. "Mr. Scott had better understand what I said today. By next time, I will do more than just give a verbal warning!"

After that, he left with Estelle.

Mamie's back was all sweaty. She sighed with relief, said goodbye to Manley, and left the private room with them.

Manley sat on the sofa, expressionless. After a while, his eyes fell on the half glass of wine Estelle had poured. He picked it up and drank it in one gulp.

Clement sat down next to him and advised, "the Lamont family is rich and has the Jarvis family's support. We might have to cooperate with them in the future. Why bother messing with him? And involving an innocent girl, just let it go!"
