Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 438

His mind was in a mess, on one hand comforting himself that Estelle was agile and couldn't be hurt by others, on the other hand, he was afraid that she would fall into some people's traps. Under the influence of such wild thoughts, his car sped up.

Upon arriving at the hospital, he approached the duty nurse to inquire about the condition of the girl who had recently been admitted. The nurse's cryptic expression only deepened his somber demeanor.

Navigating his way to the emergency room, he hurried toward the operating room, accidentally colliding with a man who promptly cursed him for his apparent lack of vision. Unfazed, he chose not to engage in an argument.

Abruptly, he came to a halt, fixating his gaze upon the girl holding medication, not even blinking.

Meanwhile, Estelle arrived to assist Emily with the hospital fees. Sensing someone's gaze upon her, she looked up and locked eyes with Manley, who stood there, a lazy smile playing across his face.

Drawing nearer, Manley appraised Estelle with a leisurely expression. "Hey there," he greeted.

Estelle looked puzzled, "What are you doing here?"

Manley blinked, calmly said, "Just passing by!"

Estelle frowned, passing by in a hospital?

She had no time to deal with him, took the list and hurried away.

Manley didn't follow, he saw the name on the list, not Estelle!

He took a long breath, realizing his back was soaked in sweat, and the breeze from the central air conditioning felt incredibly refreshing!

When Estelle returned to the ward, the doctor was still checking Emily's body, and others were waiting outside.

Soon the doctor came out, took off the mask, "Emily's hand is badly injured, and other areas have cuts of varying severity, fortunately, she did not suffer any substantial harm."

Estelle silently breathed a sigh of relief.
