Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 439

Soon, Emily's family arrived, including her mother, brother, and her future sister-in-law.

It was the first time Estelle had met Emily's sister-in-law, Crystal. Crystal had a petite figure, wore a fitted skirt, had round eyes, and exuded a sweet demeanor.

Upon seeing Emily lying in bed, Gina, Emily's mother, couldn't hold back her tears. "What happened? How did you sustain such severe injuries?"

Estelle apologized, feeling responsible. "I'm sorry, it's my fault. I took Emily out and failed to properly take care of her."

Gina wiped her tears, looking at Estelle. "You must be Estelle, right?"

Estelle nodded in affirmation. "Yes, that's correct."

"You're Emily's friend?" Gina choked up, "I've often heard Emily mentioning you. You've helped our family a lot before. While she's been away, you've been the one taking care of her. I've always wanted to thank you!"

Estelle hurriedly said, "You're too kind, Estelle and I take care of each other!"

Gina nodded, "My Emily is an honest child. Since you're her friend, you must be a good kid too. I won't blame you for what happened today, so don't feel guilty."

Jonathan was prepared for a scene but seeing that Emily's mother was reasonable, he didn't say anything else.

Gina looked at Charlie and the others in shock, "Are you all Emily's friends?"

Estelle gave Gina a brief introduction.

Charlie politely said, "When Emily first came to the hospital, her condition was pretty bad, and things were urgent. You didn't make it in time, so I signed the responsibility agreement on Emily’s behalf. I hope you don't mind!"

Gina was stunned for a moment, then carefully looked at Charlie, and hurriedly nodded, "It's all right, I should be thanking you! Thank God Emily has friends like you!"

As she spoke, Gina couldn't help but shed tears again.
