Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 464

Emily looked up at him and said, "Charlie, you're right, we're not the same kind of people. In fact, even being friends is quite challenging."

Charlie seemed a bit unhappy and said, "So, we're not even friends anymore?"

"All I can do is consider you as my benefactor. I'll be grateful and respect you. If you ever need my help, I'll assist in any way I can! Please let me go, or I won't feel at ease living here."

Charlie was silent for a moment, and then he asked in a low voice, "You really have to move out?"

Emily nodded, "Yes!"

Charlie looked at her, didn't say anything more, and left without even going into the house.

Emily looked at the empty doorway and felt a bit sad. She quietly closed the door, leaned against it, raised her hand to cover her eyes and silently burst into tears.

She didn't know why she was so sad, just feeling that there was a huge emptiness in her heart that she couldn't fill.

She tried to calm down and went back to her room to continue packing her stuff. She didn't have much stuff, a few books, some clothes she wore, and the photo albums and LEGO castle she had brought back.

Looking at the castle, she thought of how it was broken before and how Charlie had helped her put it back together, and she couldn't help but want to cry again.

She immediately raised her head, not allowing herself to be so sentimental. She didn't belong in this house, and Charlie as a friend shouldn't have been a part of her life. Her leaving was just getting things back on track.

No need to be sad!

She washed her face, reheated breakfast, and called Estelle to come and eat with her.

As they ate, Emily told Estelle that Charlie had come and she had made her point clear to him.

Estelle said, "I was the one who told Charlie!"
