Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 465

Emily was dragging her suitcase toward the second bedroom when she caught a glimpse of the guy. Instantly, her face turned red with embarrassment, and she quickly turned her head away.

The guy just glanced at Emily and then sauntered into the master bedroom with a carefree attitude.

Estelle came over and quietly asked Mathilda, "When Emily rented the place, the landlord said it would only be you living here."

Mathilda nonchalantly laughed and said, "That's my boyfriend, he doesn't come over often."

With that, she turned around and went back into her room.

Emily felt a bit awkward, but she had already paid three months' rent, and the landlord said no refunds, she had no choice but to live with it for the time being.

Entering the second bedroom, the two girls were stunned.

The room had only one bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. At the moment, the bed was covered with a twisted sheet. The floor was littered with used tissues. It was obvious what had happened here.

Estelle's face darkened, and she turned to confront Mathilda. However, Emily stopped her, saying, "Forget about it, whatever happened must've happened before I moved in. I'll clean it up myself!"

Estelle still didn't feel right about it, "I don't think this is a safe place, let's find another apartment!"

Emily laughed, "Many of my classmates live with roommates. This is normal, really. Even if we find another place, there's no guarantee we won't encounter problems there. I've already paid for three months, so let's stay and see how things go."

Rolling up her sleeves, she said, "You go sit somewhere clean, and I'll tidy up the room."

Estelle replied, "We'll clean it together!"

In the neighboring room, the guy was sitting shirtless against the headboard playing games. Mathilda sat at her vanity table, combing her hair, and casually said, "Those two new girls are pretty cute."

The guy took a drag of his cigarette and said nonchalantly, "They're alright."
