To make sure they could have something to eat tonight, Alicia went to the convenience store to buy instant ramen and frozen dumplings.

She curled up her long hair, put on an apron, and went to the kitchen with confidence. Soon, she looked at the recipe and felt awkward.

Edmond leaned against the kitchen door and showed no intention of coming in to help. He was just enjoying her awkwardness.

"Can you do it or not?"

Alicia turned her head and glared angrily at him. "I know you can't do it."

Edmond said in a hoarse voice while kissing her shoulder. "You seduce me."

She had to smile over his words.

"You can't control yourself, and you are blaming me for that?"

Her smile seemed too alluring to him, so he couldn't help but pinch her chin and kiss her.

They cooked the meal for two hours.

When they left the kitchen, their clothes were wrinkled, and there were several broken dishes on the floor. Alicia believed that her furniture would be ruined soon.

Edmond was not yet full but couldn't stop humming a song.

They put salt into the soup repeatedly, and they could barely swallow it. The frozen dumplings and instant ramen had been boiled for too long and soaked in the pot before being served.

It was such a disaster.

Alicia was a bit angry. "If it weren't for you, I could still make delicious dishes."
