Chapter 71 A Childish Quarrel
Why not the key chain?
Because Alicia saw Edmond making out with another girl at the school gate.
Thinking of what she saw then, Alicia was a little bit angry.
"You had a girlfriend at the time. How could you care about me worthless gift?"
Edmond frowns, "Girlfriend?"
"Come on. The girl jumped on you and ate the ice cream in your hand. With such an intimate interaction, how could you say she was not your girlfriend?"
Alicia found that she often got jealous lately.
Then she tried to hide her jealousy.
"That's all. The past is past. I don't mind. And you don't have to explain to me. I'm not interested in learning your history with other girls."
Looking at Alicia's jealous expression, Edmond smiled.
It was a deep, nice laugh, making Alicia unpleased.
Alicia was not happy.
"Stop laughing."
"That was my cousin."
"Don't lie. I don't care. Do not let me despise you."
Edmond laughed and explained.
"My cousin came here for vacation. She came to school to see me. I bought the ice cream for you, because you had ignored me for days then. I wanted to talk to you, so I stood at the school gate waiting for you to come out, but I met my cousin... She thought I bought her the ice cream, and she ate it without even asking me. Before I could scold her, I saw you turn around and throw something at the trash can and leave without looking back."
Edmond was angry about Alicia's leaving.
Especially when he saw the key chain thrown into the trash, he was mad.
Alicia was frozen for a moment.
"She is your cousin?"
"I can introduce you two to each other some time."
"Then why didn't you explain it to me?"
