Chapter 81 Give Me Some Time
At night.
On her way back to the tent, Alicia deliberately avoided Edmond.
He tried to get close but Alicia pushed him away.
"Go away. Stay away from me."
Edmond walked laxly with his hands in his pockets and made a complacent smile.
No one could have imagined that he was carrying the pieces of Alicia’s underwear in his pocket.
As the breeze blew, Alicia's hem was slightly lifted. The chilly feeling made her blush, and she turned to Edmond with anger.
"You bastard."
"You enjoyed it."
Edmond exposed the fact directly.
"But no need to tear the underwear. It's expensive!"
"Then buy cheaper ones." Edmond paused and added, "And you won’t feel pity for them."
Alicia blushed with anger.
Edmond went too far.
After Alicia answered that she wanted a baby, Edmond took her to a secluded place.
And in a righteous attitude, he claimed to help Alicia fulfill her wish.
In fact, Edmond and Alicia were still in a heavy mood, but after Edmond made a fuss, it dispelled Alicia's depression.
She seemed more relaxed.
Back in the tent, they found Melissa slept soundly.
Alicia changed her clothes and slept next to Melissa. Soon, Edmond also lay down next to Alicia.
"Isn't it weird for us three in a tent like this?" She asked.
Edmond disagreed, "We only have one tent."
“I mean, why don't you keep watch tonight?”
"I can keep watch here."
Edmond's hand on her waist was about to move licentiously.
Alicia took his hand off decisively and warned in a low voice, "Sleep."
Edmond smiled and agreed.
He waited for Alicia’s customary bedtime. Hearing her steady breathing, Edmond knew Alicia was asleep, and he left the tent quietly and took his mobile phone to call Josh.
"How is the trending topic going?"
"Public relations work is almost done. I have drawn up a lawyer's letter and posted it on the Internet. It will be sent directly to Diane tomorrow. But..."
Edmond got Josh's worried tone and realized that there was something difficult.
"What's wrong?"
