Maisy looked at the three men in front of her and cursed at Skylar angrily, "Skylar, aren't you being too ruthless?"
Hearing this, Skylar thought of everything she had gone through in her past life and sneered, "It was the wrong choice for you to come here today. The fact that you managed to escape from there means you must have broken the law. How many dead bodies have you stepped over? If you don't leave now, I'll be calling the police."
"You!" Maisy's expression changed dramatically. She never expected Skylar to react so quickly and guess how she had escaped.
Indeed, over the past few years, she had caused the deaths of many people—so many that she had lost count. But in her view, those people were insignificant. If she hadn't killed them, they would have died anyway. At least, she made good use of them.
In the past few years, she joined a criminal group to lead a more comfortable life and helped them commit various crimes.
After all, she had attended a good university. Her upbringing in a wealthy family made it easy for her to teach others how to deceive people. During that time, she had even tricked some of her university classmates.
But she felt no remorse.
Why should she be tormented daily, being abused to the point of losing the ability to have children while her classmates could lead glamorous lives?
Seeing Maisy's reaction, Janine guessed Skylar's words had some truth and looked at Maisy with even greater disappointment. "Just leave."
Maisy took a deep breath, her eyes full of hatred as she looked at the two people before her. "You'll regret driving me away today! You'll pay for this!"
After saying this, she coldly glanced around before walking out. The property manager and the security guards quickly followed her out.
This incident left Skylar and Janine in a sour mood. Neither of them had expected Maisy to show up again after more than three years.
This was not a good thing.
