"Don't worry, Mommy! I won't become a pig!" Mia took a bite of the chocolate and said with certainty. Then, she seemed to think of something and looked at Aiden. "Aiden, if I am not a piglet, will you support me for the rest of my life?"
It took Aiden a second to react.
"Yeah, I will." He nodded.
"That's more like it!" Mia chirped. "This chocolate is so good!"
Athena and Byron looked at each other and were both amused by her childish words.
On the way home...
They had a discussion about going camping.
Mia and Jaxson had gained a lot on their farm recently.
Thus, they could take more ingredients to the campsite.
"We're taking Ottilie and Dorian with us this time. Jaxson will definitely go. What about Madam Stella? Is she going?" Mia started counting with her fingers.
"She has been busy recently. You can ask her later," Athena said.
Mia nodded and began to worry again.
"I'd better grow up quickly and go to work in Stella Group. In this way, Madam Stella won't be too tired," she said seriously.
This was the first time she talked about working in Stella Group.
"Didn't you say you wanted to be a painter when you grow up, honey?" Byron asked subconsciously.
"That's right. There's no conflict between being a painter and working at Stella Group. Not only do I have to be a painter and entrepreneur, but I also have to be an adventurer and a traveler!" Mia raised her chin high. "Mommy said I don't have to be restricted by any rule. My future is full of possibilities!"
Athena freed up a hand and gave her daughter a thumbs-up.
"That's right. You can do whatever you want, honey!"
Byron smiled slightly.
However, although he was smiling, the melancholy feeling in his heart was not reduced at all.
He'd like his daughter to just be a free-spirited painter.
If that were the case, she'd be able to live her whole life carefree, not experiencing ups and downs or having to take risks.
However...
If Mia was destined to be outstanding, he would support her without hesitation.
When they got home, they noticed Rose's car pulled up at the same time as them.
Mia got out of the car hastily, rushed to Rose, and hugged her tightly.
"I missed you, great-grandmother." Mia clung to Rose and rubbed her cheek against hers.
Rose burst into laughter.
"Really? If that's the case, I am going on a business trip to Gaston for a month tomorrow. Why don't you come with me?"
