Abandoned by All I Took It All Back novel Chapter 252

Thankfully, she had already prepared clothes for the little ones in advance.

They pulled apart, and Janina looked Summer up and down.

"What are you sorry for? It's normal for twins to arrive early. I knew you were busy with your work, so I didn't tell you. I was planning to let you know after the first month. I'm doing great, don't worry."

Before Summer could reply, Fairchild spoke up.

"'Doing great,' she says! You kept me in the dark too! And this rascal, Easton, didn't tell me either. Left me and Summer completely clueless."

Easton rubbed his nose. "Well, I haven't been back to the countryside, so I forgot to tell you."

Fairchild exploded. "You forgot something this important? I heard Nina nearly died during childbirth! If I had been there, it wouldn't have been so dangerous!"

Easton felt guilty. He had been frantic when he got the call from his brother that Nina's delivery was critical.

He had handed his work off to his managers and rushed to the hospital.

Fairchild had been fishing by the lake for days and was nowhere to be found. Easton had asked a manager to pass along that he’d be away for a few days.

The manager passed the message on, but Fairchild, busy enjoying himself, didn't think much of it.

When it was time to eat, he would just go over to Summer's place for a meal.

As luck would have it, Summer's temporary residence was only a few hundred meters from Easton's house.

They had only discovered they were neighbors in the same village a month ago.

With good food, drinks, and entertainment, Fairchild completely forgot about Easton.

It wasn't until Summer noticed something was off, that Easton had been gone for several days, that she asked Fairchild about him.

She was shocked to learn Easton had already been gone for over ten days. Fairchild, realizing how long it had been, quickly called Easton, and that’s when the news came out: Janina had already had her babies.

That's why Fairchild and Summer had rushed into the city today.

"Alright, Fairchild, don't be angry. You see, we've all been so busy we forgot. Here, have some of this stew. I just made it," Grace said, stepping in to smooth things over.

So much had happened in the last few days.

The three brothers had to take turns watching the babies, Janina couldn't be left alone, and there was still no progress with the situation at New Vista Medical Center.
