Abandoned by All I Took It All Back novel Chapter 369

Janina's life became a whirlwind of activity. The launch event for her independent brand was just over two weeks away.

Melody finally managed to clear her schedule for two days, and the long-awaited friends' get-together was set to take place at The Tasting Room.

West, knowing Janina was bringing her best friends, had reserved the best private room on the second floor for them. The restaurant was packed for lunch, so West was busy. He stopped by their room to greet Janina’s friends before rushing back to work.

"Nina, are all your brothers really single?" Melody teased.

Janina nodded with a sigh. "Yep. All of them are aging bachelors."

Her eldest Nash, and second-eldest brothers, Galen, were both approaching thirty without ever having had a girlfriend. Every time their parents spoke to them, the conversation inevitably turned to marriage, but neither brother seemed to be in any hurry.

Nash claimed he was too busy to date. Besides, what girl would be interested in a farmer? In his heart, he had already written off marriage for himself.

Galen’s situation was even more dire. He spent all his time on construction sites, surrounded by a legion of men. There wasn't a single woman in sight. Even the site dogs were male. How was he supposed to find someone? It was impossible. He worked 365 days a year, with only one day off a month.

Her third brother, West, was just getting his business off the ground, and a past relationship had left him wary, so he wasn't considering settling down for now.

Her fourth brother,Nolan, was in the same boat, still scarred by a fraudulent online relationship and cynical about love.

Janina felt that the romantic paths for her four brothers were destined to be rocky.

West was planning to open a new branch of The Tasting Room by the end of the year, so he would be swamped and have no time for dating either. Galen and Nolan weren't even in town, so a long-distance relationship was out of the question. Dating required a time investment, and no one was interested in a purely platonic relationship.

They'd just have to see what happened after this year. Fate was something you couldn't force.

After chatting about the Holt family's single men for a while, the conversation shifted to Wendy Clifford. Last month, Wendy had finally bought her own apartment. She had been looking since last year but had only recently made the move.

It was a three-bedroom unit that Wendy had painstakingly selected. For her, it was a dream come true; she finally had a place of her own. She finally had a home.

Her three best friends had each pitched in a substantial amount to support her, and they had also covered the cost of all the furniture and appliances.
