Something isn't right, Angela thought. She did the math. Terence and Natalie should be married by now. What could have happened?
“Terence, aren't you and Natalie supposed to be married? What did you do?”
“I did exactly what you think. I lured him into my bed the night before their wedding. We have the same face, but you’re just so incompetent! Haha.”
The night before their wedding, she lured him into bed?
Angela was completely stunned. How could this be?
Natalie must be so heartbroken!
Angela said angrily, “What are you trying to do? Who are you? What do you want?”
“I’m Angela. You’re the extra one. If you’re useless, then maybe you shouldn’t be in this world anymore.”
Angela gasped. This person was a lunatic and would probably kill her.
“Oh, by the way, I’m getting married. Why don’t you give me a wedding gift?”
Angela was terrified. What was this psycho planning?
Darren, please come save me!
“What… what do you want me to give you?”
Angela’s voice trembled. After all, if she died here, no one would ever know.
“You and Terence bought some kind of time capsule and buried it. Dig it up and give it to me.”
Angela’s brow furrowed. She and Terence never had a time capsule.
She was about to say that no such thing existed, but she immediately clamped her mouth shut.
She remembered the message. Terence’s message had been a test—a code only the two of them understood. That meant Terence had seen through this woman’s disguise, right?
“Hurry up and tell me! Where did you and Terence bury your time capsule?”
Marie was losing her patience. Angela stammered, “That was so long ago. I need to think.”
“You need to think? How long are you going to take?”
