Daisy couldn't believe an A-list idol she only saw on screen was sitting less than six feet away from her.
Why was she suddenly feeling so nervous?
Catching Daisy stealing glances at the man across the table, Benjamin's handsome face darkened. He shot the actor a dismissive hand gesture, signaling him to get lost.
The actor offered a smooth smile, downed his glass of wine in one gulp, and politely moved to the other side of the room.
Seeing him leave so quickly, Daisy felt a pang of disappointment.
She should have asked for an autograph while she had the chance.
Benjamin shot her a dark look. "Don't tell me you're a fangirl?"
Daisy's ears instantly turned bright red.
"Ah... well, I stayed up for days binge-watching his show last month."
Benjamin let out a mocking scoff. "Tell me then, what exactly do you like about him?"
Daisy answered honestly, "He's really handsome, and he played the alpha CEO role perfectly."
Benjamin locked his dark gaze onto her. "Between that guy and me, who is more handsome?"
Benjamin's sharp, deeply defined features leaned directly into her line of sight.
She had to admit, Benjamin was a spectacular specimen of a man.
Tall, rugged, and impossibly handsome, his face possessed a striking, untamed edge.
Especially the silver piercing on his left ear—it added the perfect touch of dangerous allure to his rugged good looks.
Compared to the slightly overly-polished actor from earlier, Benjamin's masculine presence was overwhelmingly superior.
So, Daisy told the truth.
"Just purely on looks, you're much more handsome, Boss Bright."
Satisfied with the answer, Benjamin let out a low, pleased chuckle.
"And between the two of us, who is the real alpha boss?"
Was that even a question?
