Divorce Failed My Wife's Secret Identities Shock the World novel Chapter 301

The onlookers were so disgusted by Sienna Lowell's ugly little display they could barely stand it.

Someone leaned toward Mrs. Lowell and offered advice like they were doing her a favor. "Ma'am, someone like that—an ungrateful, hand-that-feeds-her biter—you're better off cutting ties sooner rather than later."

Another person chimed in. "If you're just a regular family, maybe you can muddle through. But if there's money involved? Just wait. One day she'll tear the whole place apart from the inside."

As the voices piled on, Sienna finally realized the crowd wasn't on her side.

So her expression went blank, and without any warning at all, she crumpled to the floor in a dramatic heap

Naomi Lowell had mentioned it in passing before—Sienna's favorite trick was playing the tragic heroine.

One minute she'd be "sick," the next she'd be "fainting," her performance sharper than any Hollywood ingénue trying to go viral.

And with Maeve Vance's years of medical experience, she could tell at a glance: Sienna was faking.

Mrs. Lowell might have been bitterly disappointed in her, but she still couldn't bring herself to abandon her outright. She was just about to call 911 when a flash of white darted through the boutique entrance.

"Don't panic—I'm a doctor," a young woman called out. "And nobody move the patient!"

The newcomer wore a knee-length white dress, her dark hair falling neatly down her back. She dropped to the floor beside Sienna, caught her wrist, and began checking her pulse.

After about thirty seconds, she pulled an ornate little case from her purse and tipped out a fan of slender silver needles.

She located a few precise spots and began inserting them with calm, practiced speed.

Someone nearby gasped. "Wait, what kind of treatment is that??"

The woman in white didn't even look up. "One of my ancestors once served as a royal physician. This technique has been passed down through my family for generations."

Just like that, a few casual words elevated her instantly in everyone's mind.

A royal physician—someone who treated kings. That sounded impressive enough to silence skepticism.

As more needles went in—dozens of tiny glints of silver—Sienna's limp body began to stir. Her eyelids fluttered, her breathing changed, and the "unconscious" girl slowly showed signs of waking.

The crowd broke into amazed murmurs.

"That's insane… you stick needles in and she wakes up?"
