Sabrina's tone took on a sharp, disciplinary edge to appease her husband. "Bella, what is wrong with you?
Your elders and your brothers live here. It's early in the morning, and you're in here destroying the room. Have you lost your mind?"
She hurried forward, wrestling a heavy glass ornament out of Bella's hand before she could hurl it. Lowering her voice, she hissed urgently into her daughter's ear.
"Please stop breaking things. Can't you see how angry everyone is?
Even if we had a mountain of gold, we couldn't keep up with your tantrums. The family is already under immense pressure. You need to rein it in!"
Bella was already drowning in misery, and the family ganging up on her over a few broken lamps pushed her over the edge.
When Brandon sneered at her again, the dam broke.
"You want to know why I'm breaking things?" Bella screamed. "Go ask your perfect sister, Lillian Mercer!
She did this! She wanted to destroy me!
That's why she released those photos right after I married Sebastian!
She's supposed to be this untouchable tech genius now, but she's still out here seducing another woman's husband! Is she not afraid of karma?"
Brandon's eyes lit up with absolute delight.
Now this was a spectacular plot twist.
He hadn't heard this rumor yet. "Wait, what? Lillian is seducing Sebastian? Are you serious?"
"Why else would Sebastian suddenly want to get back together with her?" Bella sobbed hysterically.
"He used to absolutely despise her! But now, to win her back, he's actually trying to bring Noah home! You all think I'm an easy target, don't you? You all want to take her side now!"
Brandon couldn't hold back a cruel bark of laughter.
"Well, isn't that fascinating! Not only is Sebastian tossing you to the curb, but he's running straight back to Lillian.
