“Did you pick up Bonnie?”

“Yeah, barely. Almost couldn’t convince her. I had to invite him to celebrate the New Year at home before he agreed.”

Adolphus chuckled. He understood Harrell’s stubborn streak. He knew it wouldn’t be easy to persuade him this time.
