Miracle Cutie (Amelia and Benjamin) novel Chapter 317

Chapter 317 Mince Words

Someone loved her, wanted to possess her, and intended to imprison her.

And while doing so, the person was twisted enough to use a photo of Wesley to interact with her.

Benjamin could figure out the entire motive.

But he couldn’t pinpoint exactly who would do this.

He considered Brian.

Benjamin wasn’t sure if Brian had any feelings for Chloe, but he just knew Brian was the one who had worsened Nina’s illness-not a good person.

Daniel, on the other hand, suspected Jasper.

After all, Jasper still hadn’t given up on Chloe.

Whether it was Brian or Jasper, Benjamin told Chloe to stay away from both.

He would also have people monitor their movements.

The adults were busy thinking and planning, but Nina didn’t need to worry about any of that.

Her only job was to figure out how to have fun.

“Mommy, find Grandma?” she asked.

A little past eight in the morning, Amelia-though not fully rested-was awake and getting ready.

After freshening up, the entire Graham family set off for the Wilson Villa.

Nina rode in one car with Benjamin and Amelia. She wasn’t wearing the fishtail dress from yesterday.

Benjamin had really just bought that dress for fun; it wasn’t practical to wear at all.

So today, Nina was dressed in the same blue color as Amelia, but in a long-sleeved, puff-sleeved dress.

When paired with white knitted tights, it was warm, cute, and perfect for running around.

Amelia gave her little chubby hand a squeeze. “Yes, we’re going to see Grandma.

“Nina, there will be lots of people today. You have to be very good, okay? Don’t run too fast. Walk properly when you’re playing.

“Don’t fall, and be careful not to bump into things.”

Amelia gave her a long list of uneasy reminders.

After waking up, she’d learned about Nina’s dream.

Every time Nina had these dreams, she’d end up with some minor bump or scrape, and Amelia was genuinely concerned.

Listening to Amelia’s instructions, Nina replied in her csp voice, “Okay.”

Nina had just promised in the car, but the moment she got out, she was off and running on her short little legs.

“Grandma! Nina here! Grandma, Nina love you!” Nina immediately showered Jane with a bunch of sweet

words.

It melted Jane’s heart completely. “I love you, too.”

Jane kissed Nina and handed her a gift-wrapped box.

Nina happily took it and started to walk away.

Amelia, afraid she’d lose it, promptly took the box from her.

She said, “Nina, give the box to me. I will buy you a toy. Okay?”

Nina said, “No.”

She didn’t really understand how valuable the gift box was. She’d just gotten it, and it was new and exciting, so she didn’t want to give it to Amelia.

Seeing this, Amelia patiently took out her phone, opened a shopping website, and let Nina pick a toy

herself.

With the chance to pick a new toy, Nina finally handed over the box.

Amelia promptly bought her yet another toy car-exactly like the dozens she already had at home.

The car cost nine dollars, shipping included.

Amelia thought it was a pretty good deal.

After Amelia finished buying it, Nina looked up with her chubby face, asking impatiently, “Mommy, my toy here?”

Amelia said, “No. It’ll be here in a couple of days. I’ll tell you when it arrives.”

Once she sent Nina off to play, Amelia stayed with Jane to greet the many guests.

Among the arriving guests, a few young men and women-whether unintentionally or on purpose- brought up Mia.

“Now that Amelia is back, what about Mia? Mia lived at the Wilson Villa for so many years. Has she been thrown out now?”

“Mrs. Wilson, Mia didn’t really do anything wrong, did she? Don’t you think the Wilson family is being a bit heartless…”

A young man’s accusatory words were cut off as Freya spped forward, her expression cold.

She said, “Mia’s birth mother deliberately had my real sister kidnapped all those years ago so she could get her own daughter into my family. I don’t have the kindess to keep the child of my enemy under my own roof.

“If any of you pity her so much, by all means, take her home with you. Make her your sister.
