The Genius Ex-Wife’s Revenge Portfolio novel Chapter 842

Jason watched her struggle, his eyes fixed on her. “What’s that supposed to mean?” he asked out of nowhere.

Lilly’s lashes trembled. “What do you mean? I don’t get what you’re saying.”

He gave a cold smile and pinched her chin, holding her in place. “You sure didn’t act like this when you needed my help. You were all over me back then. Want me to remind you how eager you were?”

Scenes from that night at the private club flashed through her mind, making her cheeks burn pink. “Mr. Farill, let me go, please.”

Lilly shoved him away. “My personal life is none of your business.”

Then she heard footsteps behind her. Jason caught up and grabbed her arm.

She froze. “Mr. Farill, what do you want?”

At her protest, Jason’s eyes flashed red and he let out a cold laugh. “Other men can touch you, but I can’t?”

Lilly slapped him hard across the face.

His mask slipped off and landed beside them on the bed.

Even in the darkness, they were close enough for her to see his face.

Her eyes glowed, sharp and bright like a cat's. Jason saw her staring at him and covered her eyes with his hand. “Don’t look at me.”

Lilly pushed his hand away. “Let go of me. Don’t touch me.”

Jason’s chest rose and fell as he breathed hard. He leaned in and kissed her again, trailing kisses across her lips, her soft cheeks, down her slender neck…
