The Mocked Miss’s Hidden Crowns novel Chapter 2167

I love you too.

Very much.

"Donald..." After she spoke, Tansy earnestly studied the man's face, her heart doing somersaults. "What about you? Do you still have feelings for me?"

"Don't worry, I'm not the type to cling to a man."

"And you certainly don't need to stay with me purely out of a sense of obligation."

"It's been four years, after all. It's completely normal if you don't love me anymore. Just be honest with me, and I won't cause you any trouble."

Watching the girl's frantic rambling, Donald lifted a finger and gently stroked her hair, murmuring in a low voice, "In this lifetime, besides loving you, who else could I possibly love?"

"Once you've fully recovered, let's get married."

"Married?" Tansy couldn't process it, staring blankly at him.

"Don't want to marry me?"

"I do." Tansy gripped his hand, her eyes rimmed with red. "I want to marry you."

She had thought about it for four years, hoped for it for four years.

She just never expected the day would actually come when her dream would turn into reality.

Imperial Heights.

The sports car pulled to a stop. As the window rolled down, they could see Helen waiting by the door with the two little ones.

"Ya-ya, ya-ya!"

Spotting their parents, the babies were incredibly excited, waving their tiny hands enthusiastically.

They wanted to be held.

Charlotte walked up, taking hold of the two babies' hands, a smile playing on her lips. "...You guys got chubby again."

Fred stared blankly.

Ophie blinked innocently.

"But..." Charlotte leaned in and pinched their soft, squishy cheeks, not holding back her praise. "You do feel pretty nice to squish."

If having kids wasn't for entertainment, it would take all the fun out of it.

"Ya-ya, ya-ya!"

Ophie loved it when her mommy pinched her face. She wriggled vigorously, reaching her arms out to her mother.

Fred quietly watched his mother, being a good boy and letting his sister make all the fuss.

"Ah-ah!"
