The Mocked Miss’s Hidden Crowns novel Chapter 2173

"..."

Staring at the tiny girl who had suddenly appeared beside him, the young boy froze.

Instinctively, he shifted his books to the side.

"?"

Ophelia blinked at him, then cheerfully leaned in closer.

"Hi! My name is Ophelia."

"At my house, I have my great-grandma, my mommy and daddy, my brother, three uncles, and three aunts..."

"Oh, right! And there's Mrs. Gable and Ruby."

"My daddy also has a really, really big dog."

"..."

The boy furrowed his brows as he watched the little girl ramble on.

She was pretty, but she sure talked a lot.

Not long after, the teacher walked in.

This was a third-grade class. Before the official term began, they were taking a quick pop quiz.

Ophelia stared at the test paper on her desk, glanced at the other kids, and then looked down at her empty hands. She leaned over to the boy with a pitiful expression. "Ophelia doesn't have a pen."

"..."

The boy gave her a look and silently lent her one of his.

"Thank you, handsome," Ophelia chirped sweetly.

Handsome?

Hearing the address, a faint blush crept onto the boy's cheeks.

Armed with her pen, Ophelia began writing with utmost concentration.

Since it was a math test, she made sure to use all ten of her fingers to count.

"..."

The boy next to her stole a glance and couldn't help but smile.

She actually looked like she knew what she was doing.

A little while later.

A teacher from the kindergarten sprinted to the classroom door, frantically explaining the situation.

She rushed inside, scooped Ophelia up into her arms, and let out a massive sigh of relief. "My little princess, how did you end up in here?"

"She's from the kindergarten?" The proctor, a new hire who didn't recognize Ophelia, smiled as she watched the toddler clutching the test paper. "I was just watching her take a third-grade test. Obviously, she wouldn't know how to do any of it."

As she spoke, the teacher casually glanced down at Ophelia's paper, and her smile instantly vanished.

The test... it was completely filled out. And every single answer was correct.

Wasn't she just in kindergarten?
