At that point in time, Lord Kenny had grown impatient and started urging them. "Hey! Are you two done already? I might change my mind if I wait any longer."
Darryl then patted Yvette’s shoulder. "Okay. Get moving now."
Yvette nodded and reluctantly let go of her hand and left.
Lord Kenny Bred rushed over and said coldly, "Let;s go! Don’t you play tricks with me."
He was actually not worried about Darryl attacking him as he knew Darryl was weak from his powers being oppressed and being attacked by him.
Darryl did not say a word and stepped foot on the stone bridge. Lord Kenny followed behind and looked closely at Darryl’s footsteps, not wanting to make any mistakes. Soon after getting onto the bridge, a slim figure scurried over. It was Yvette.
After being instructed by Darryl, she did not actually leave and hid in a corner where Lord Kenny would not see her. When she saw Darryl and Lord Kenny had already gone onto the bridge, she quietly followed behind them. At that moment, Yvette followed Darryl's instructions, and she successfully crossed the bridge. Darryl and Lord Kenny had entered the majestic palace room.
In the Hall of Fame, both Darryl and Lord Kenny Bred were stunned to see what was in front of them. The palace room was empty and there was no treasure as everyone had imagined. There was not even a coffin, but only a blood-red bead floating in the air. The bead was about the size of a fist and radiated light without any aura. To others, it looked like any other glowing bead.
Darryl frowned. 'How could the Hall of Fame have only a bead?'
Moreover, there was nothing special about that bead. Was that the true Hall of Fame? Or… Could the bead be the only treasure, but the energy was sealed?
At the same time, Lord Kenny scowled and he felt like he was being sabotaged. ‘D*mn it. Why is there only this boring bead and nothing else?'
He glared at Darryl and asked, "Darryl, where is the treasure?"
As he spoke, there was a murderous glint in his eyes.
Sensing Lord Kenny's rage, Darryl remained calm and shrugged. "How am I supposed to know? We came in together. How would I know where the treasure is?"
As he spoke, Darryl glanced behind him from the corner of his eye. At that moment, he saw a slim figure quietly standing by the door of the Hall of Fame. It was Yvette. He was relieved when he saw she had successfully kept up with them.
Lord Kenny did not notice the microexpression on Darryl’s face, but he was annoyed that he was not getting an answer from him.
Darryl then took a look around and said arrogantly, "Janson was a special man. I’m sure his Hall of Fame is different from others. I guess there must be machinery in here."
As he spoke, his gaze was secretly focused on the bead floating in mid-air.
