Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1105

Adam was struck dumb.

However, in the next second, her soft lips left his. Then she walked out of his sight.

Her sudden kiss, which took him by surprise, was a brilliant success. Adam shook his head and smiled, feeling a dash of joy.

Her kiss light as feather tickled his heart, which aroused him and intensified his gaze. Suddenly, he had the urge to drag her out of the tent and give her a lingering, hard kiss.

He would kiss her ardently until tears began to blur her vision and swallow all the words she was going to say. She could only look at him helplessly with her delicate pink lips slightly open...

In the end, he managed to restrain himself.

After forcefully taking a long drag on his cigarette, Adam turned to leave.

Shortly after dawn the next day, the rescue team set out again.

Anthea woke up early and ran into his teacher, Vincent, who was carrying a medical kit.

It was said that the rescue team saved another trapped family and sent them here. The blood pressure of an old man from this family seemed to be unstable. Vincent was on the way to see him, and Anthea went there with him.

The old man did not have a big problem. After taking two pills, he felt much better.

When they were about to help him back to the medical center, there were suddenly some splashing sounds coming from their right side - two soldiers swam up from the flood, with a boy about eight in their arms.

The little boy's shirt was turned up, and his belly was exposed. His eyes were tightly closed, his lips pale. It seemed that he had lost consciousness.

Vincent had walked forward quickly. "What happened to him?"

"He was drowning!" The soldier found a flat place and put the little boy down. Panting, he said, "We went away to carry sacks of cement. When we came back, we saw him wandering in a dangerous place but didn't expect that he would fall into the flood in a blink of an eye!"

Seeing this, Anthea ran to the boy with Vincent.

She knelt on the other side of Vincent. He checked the child with a frown. Soon, he said, "He nearly drowned. Fortunately, he still has the pulse. It's not that serious. Hurry up and do CPR for him!"

Anthea squatting in front of the little boy immediately knelt down to do the CPR upon hearing her teacher's words.

She picked up the little boy's shirt. With her hands crossed on his chest, she began to press his chest.

She pressed rhythmically and forcefully. Then she leaned over, opened his mouth, and lowered her head to give him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

After repeating the process for about five minutes, the unconscious boy suddenly choked and coughed twice. Some water came out from the corner of his mouth. Gradually, he opened his eyes.

Seeing this, Anthea breathed a sigh of relief.

Vincent went forward to feel the pulse on his neck, then picked up the child, intending to send him to the medical site for further treatment.

Anthea also stood up in a hurry and picked up the medical kit on the ground.

When she looked up, she saw Adam and the others returning by rowing the rubber boats. In addition to those figures in green military uniforms, there were two old men in good state and a little girl. They must be the second trapped family being saved.

As their eyes met, Anthea's breathing stopped for a short while.

He looked unhappy.

However, Anthea could not wait for him to get off the boat, for she had to rush to the medical site. She did not know if the little boy was in danger or not, so she picked up the medical kit and ran away quickly.

As their rescue was in time, the little boy was out of danger. At this time, he was lying on the hospital bed and was put on a drip.

Nothing to be alarmed about; Anthea had some sense of accomplishment in her heart.

It was not a serious case and she only did CPR for him, but it was the first time she saved a life since she became a medical student.

As she walked out of the tent, she saw a familiar green figure passing by.

As Anthea put on a smile, two faint dimples appeared on her cheeks.

To her surprise, when Adam saw her, he did not intend to stop. Instead, he just gave her a light glance and then walked past her.

Huh?
