Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1112

After the plane landed, Anthea stayed in Ice city that night and returned to the town by taxi the next day.

Her parents had been waiting for her to come back and had prepared a lot of delicious food earlier.

As Anthea's parents hadn't seen her for a long time, they missed her very much. Anthea's mother was especially happy to see her again. She was so excited that she was holding Anthea's hand all the time. From time to time, she would say that Anthea had lost weight.

The husband and wife of the Lee family were very simple-minded and honest persons. They met each other many years ago when they responded to the government's employment plan of "going to the mountainous areas and the countryside". When they returned to the town, they got married. Although they couldn't have their own child because of physical reasons, their relationship had always been very good.

After the husband and wife adopted Anthea, they treated her like their own daughter, a bright pearl in their palms.

Although Anthea was hurt by her parents' death at a very young age, fortunately, she still had a happy

childhood and a warm family.

It was now less than a week before the beginning of the new semester.

After some time, Anthea had to leave home again. She really cherished the time when she could be with her adoptive parents. However, when the night fell, she felt more and more uneasy.

Seeing that Anthea only ate half of the apple in her hand and put it down, her mother asked in surprise, "Anthea, don't you want to watch TV for a while?"

Just a moment ago, it was advertising time, and now it was playing TV drama.

Although Anthea looked back at her mother, she also kept glancing at the clock on the wall from the corners of her eyes. She yawned and said, "I'm a little tired. I want to go back to my room and rest for a while! You and daddy can watch TV together."

Upon hearing this, Anthea's mother realized that her daughter had been busy with her internship. She and her teacher, and classmates had been working busily during the summer vacation. She must be tired after returning home.

Her mother didn't ask any more questions and said in a hurry, "Okay... You can go to bed as early as possible!" "Dad... Mum... Good night!" Anthea nodded.

She went back to her bedroom and closed the door, but she didn't lie down on the bed to rest as she had said. Instead, she took a chair and sat in front of her desk.

The two arms were folded on the table. Anthea looked at the mobile phone screen, unblinking, and waiting for the call from him with full concentration.

After getting off the plane last night, Anthea made an appointment with Adam that he would call her at 8:30 this evening.

Now there were still five minutes left, Anthea was looking forward to the call from Adam.

Her eyes were firmly fixed on the mobile phone screen.

When the screen lit up, Anthea picked the phone up in an instant.

She bit her lips, and couldn't hide the joy in her voice. "Hello?"

On the line, Adam's deep and magnetic voice was heard. "What are you doing?"

Folding half of her face, Anthea looked at the moon hanging high outside the window, which was a little hazier than the one she saw at the disaster-stricken area. She blinked her eyes and replied, "Uh-Huh... Watching a South Korean TV drama. There are a lot of tall and handsome Korean stars in the drama. I

love them all!"

Anthea didn't want Adam to know that she had been waiting for the phone for a long time."

"How handsome are they?" Adam seemed to smile.

Hearing the faint laughter of him, Anthea suddenly felt charmed and said, "Not as handsome as you, anyway!"

This time, Adam's laughter became even clearer.

Anthea held her blushed cheeks with her hands and asked, "Did you just finish your work?"

"Yes." Adam answered her. He was taking a long breath and seemed to be smoking. "I joined a new combat training program today. The training intensity is high, and it has just ended."

"Is it a hard one?" Anthea asked.

Adam smiled slightly and said tenderly, "It's easy."

It seemed as if Anthea was the only person who would ask naive questions like this. However, these naive questions could easily fill his heart with warmth.

Anthea and Adam seemed to have endless things to talk to each other. Anthea was just like a noisy sparrow, telling him everything, including the details of three meals a day.
