Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1113

The eyes of Shelby and Madam Jiles fell on Anthea, and then they both looked away indifferently.

The two of them acted as if they hadn't seen Anthea at all. They continued to walk past her, talking and laughing along the way. Shelby was especially arrogant. She acted like a proud peacock and treated Anthea like a humble chicken.

Anthea also turned her face away, and she didn't want to say "hello" to any one of them.

However, Anthea knew she was now in the Hsu family. She leaned slightly to one side and gave way to Shelby and Madam Jiles without behaving humbly or pushily.

When the two of them passed by, Master Hsu's surprised voice came from upstairs. "Anthea, I'm here!"

"Grandpa!" Anthea smiled happily.

Master Hsu waved at her and quickly gestured for her to go upstairs.

It had been a long time since he saw his granddaughter last time. The old man missed her so much. He held her hand and led her back to his room, and then asked the servants to serve them

two cups of hot tea.

Although it was still very hot at the end of August, the air conditioner made the room cool and comfortable. After drinking some tea, Master Hsu, who was a kind-hearted old man, talked to Anthea about daily trifles.

The Old Master had seen the scene on the stairs just now. He wanted to say something about it, but was to some extent hesitating. "Anthea, just now... Don't mind it!"

"Grandpa, I'm fine!" Anthea smiled. She didn't mind it at all.

For those who didn't care about her, there was no need for Anthea to be bothered by them.

In Anthea's heart, only her adoptive parents who had raised her up, as well as Master Hsu, who was her biological grandfather, were important.

No... There was one more person she deeply cared about now...

Thinking of the deep and black eyes of Adam, as well as his deep and magnetic voice, Anthea's heart trembled. She missed him so much!

Master Hsu suddenly thought of something and asked casually, "Do you know Shelby Jiles? I suddenly remembered that you two seemed to have been in the same high school!"

"Yes, but not very familiar with her!" Anthea nodded.

Truth be told, the relationship between the two girls was more than being unfamiliar with each other.

Anthea suddenly thought of the high school graduation party held a year ago.

Shelby tried to trap her during the party. If Anthea hadn't reacted in time, she would have fallen victim to the trap and been laughed at by everyone. Although it happened last year, Anthea still didn't forget it.

At that time, Anthea even had a conjecture in her heart, that Shelby also had something to do with Kyla' plot against her.

Master Hsu didn't know what had happened among Anthea, Shelby, and Kyla. He shook his head and said, "Shelby has been spoiled by her doting parents. She is the child of my wife's brother, his only daughter. Her parents treated her like a pearl in their palms because when they gave birth to her, they were no longer young. I think she is too selfish!

"She was admitted into a good college last year, and her parents held several banquets to celebrate this. Now she is about to start her sophomore year, but she wants to attend a different college! Her parents have gone abroad for a business trip, so she came here to talk to her aunt about it!"

Anthea listened nonchalantly, but she didn't care much about it at all.

Master Hsu also saw that she was not very interested in Shelby's personal affairs, and therefore he didn't talk much about it. Instead, he smiled and said, "Let's not talk about her. Anthea, aren't you tired of studying medicine?"

"No, I'm not tired!" Only then did Anthea reveal two shallow dimples.

Master Hsu asked curiously, "You are going to be a sophomore soon. Have you had a boyfriend now?"

"No..." Anthea bit her lips and shook her head.

Her long eyelashes hung down, covering her eyes, but there was an air of embarrassment in her expression.
