Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 996

In the sunset, many workers got off work and came out of the office building.

Though everyone looked tired, they had a light smile on the face. After a long busy day, they could finally return home. Emily also came out of the elevator with a bag and passed the revolving door. At this time, a colleague from another department in front of her turned around and winked at her. "Emily, your husband is here to pick you up!"

Upon hearing this, Emily raised her head. Through the glass door, she saw a tall and straight figure standing in the rays of the setting sun.

He was in a charcoal gray windbreak and long pants, wearing a pair of leather shoes and a loosely fastened belt around his waist. His collar turned up was right below his jawline. The sunset glow tinted his handsome features rose-colored. He was so gorgeous! Emily could not help gasping in admiration in her heart.

Apart from some fresh graduates assigned here every year to take the internship, most of the employees in the department had been working here for a long time. At this time, several elder female colleagues teased, "What a sweet couple! It's hard to believe that you've married for a few years!"

Amidst their words of admirations, Emily ran towards him with a red face.

Ignoring others' stares, Simon lowered his head and kissed her lips. When her face went redder with his kiss, he finally opened the car door and fastened the seat belt for her. Then he also went back to the car and started the engine to leave.

The black Cayenne joined the flow of cars. As the green light was on, it went up to the city's second ring road bridge.

Emily looked at him in a puzzle and asked, "Simon, don't we go home?"

Simon's amorous eyes slanted, and his thin lips curled up. "I'll take you to a place first!"

"Where is it?" Emily asked curiously.

"You'll know when we arrive!" Simon had a mysterious expression on his face.

Half an hour later, the Cayenne drove into a closed villa area. It was a newly built community that had been developed in the recent half a year. Upon entering, Emily saw many ordinary high-rise residential buildings. As the car went into the depth of the community along the private road, they arrived at the villa region where there were only some western-style single houses.

Simon stopped the car at the entrance of one house. Then holding Emily's hand into his, he pressed the password and entered the courtyard.

The outside of the two-story small house was mostly gray-white. The design of the roof was very interesting: it had two sharp angles. On the top of the house, there was an attic and an open-air balcony.

The grey house looked a little dull. However, there were many green plants in the yard. Also, a grape trellis was placed on one side of the house. A swing was hanging below it. The scenery was as beautiful as a painting.

Simon took her hand, went straight to the door, and seemed to have entered the same password as what he had typed before.

With a beep sound, the anti-theft door open, and Simon said to her with a smile, "Both of the passwords are your birthday date!"

Hearing this, Emily opened her eyes wide in surprise. "Honey, don't tell me that you have bought this villa?"

"Yep." Simon nodded. He slightly raised his chin and gestured for her to enter. "This is our new home!"

Stunned, Emily stared at the spacious entrance and the bright living room. Beside them was a side living room and a dining room. Also, there was an open kitchen inside. The inside of the house was well lighted by the floor-to-ceiling windows and those marble tiles shining like mirrors.

She could not help biting her lips and said, "It's a waste of money. The apartment that we're living in now is good enough!"

Simon raised his eyebrows and explained lazily, "It cost me nothing. This community is built by my second brother's company, and I kept this one. You can take it as his wedding gift for us!"

"..." Emily shook her head and laughed.

Simon took her to visit the house and said, "I know that you can't bear to part with our first wedding home. But think about it: if we have a child in the future, the apartment will become rather crowded. Besides, it is a school district house. When our children grow up, they can study in the nearby primary school and junior high school!"

As he spoke, his big hand covered her lower abdomen and gently rubbed it as if a small baby were in there at this time.

"Yes!" His words convinced Emily.

It was true that she was reluctant to part with their current home. However, the apartment would be too crowded when their child grew up. It was a matter of time forthem to move into a bigger house. It was good that they had prepared the school district house in advance.
