Rewriting My Heart's Fate novel Chapter 438

"This won't do." Ethan suddenly spoke up, his tone firm and commanding. "Evelyn is the most valuable asset of Grayson Group. Her opinion undoubtedly carries the utmost importance. Charles, bring all the design plans here. I want her to review them thoroughly."

"Yes, Mr. Grayson," Charles responded respectfully.

I silently groaned in frustration. What did Ethan mean by this? Was he testing me? But I knew nothing about interior design.

Just as I was feeling caught between a rock and a hard place, Ethan shot me a cold glance. He asked in a low voice, "What's the matter? Anything that you aren't happy about?"

"N-No." I quickly shook my head. "I'll fully cooperate with your arrangements, Mr. Grayson."

I couldn't help but feel that once it came to work, Ethan seemed like a completely different person. He was being too serious! Still, I supposed that was understandable.

"That's more like it." Ethan nodded satisfactorily. "I believe you'll surely bring something unexpected to the branch with your vision and talent. By the way, do you think it's time to change the logo?"

"Huh?" I froze. "Change the logo? But…"

"The current one feels outdated. Now that we're expanding internationally, we need something that aligns with global standards. Don't you think so?" Ethan raised an eyebrow.

I was left speechless. What had gotten into him?

I was a fashion designer, not a logo designer! How was I even supposed to respond to that?

Charles seemed to notice my discomfort and quickly intervened. "Mr. Grayson, changing the logo is a major decision. Perhaps we should hold a board meeting to discuss it first? After all, it's crucial for the company's image, and we should proceed with caution."

"I said we're changing it," Ethan interrupted him coldly. "Charles, I'm the one making decisions here. Just carry out my orders. Are you clear?"
