Sam had not expected his arm to have really been broken by someone else. He frowned, "So it was someone else! Hop on and tell me the details. I can't let the guy get away with it, or they'll think the Excalibur is full of pushovers."
Alfie quickly got into the car and explained what had happened to Sam.
Sam was shocked by this, so he quickly queried, "Pike lost his life over this woman? When you came to find Nathan for revenge, you got your arm broken? Now I'm really curious. Just how beautiful is this Penny Smith?"
Alfie knew the only thing Sam was interested in was women.
Sam detested the idea of marriage, so he only fooled around with no intention to marry. To make matters worse, he had no interest in female actors or women working in the entertainment industry and targeted only married women.
Alfie showed Sam a few photos of Penny and said, "This Penny is indeed a beauty.
She's also the president of the Cross Group. One can say she's both beautiful and smart. Grandpa sent me here to kill Nathan and bring Penny back for an underworld marriage to bury her together with Pike!"
Sam was taken aback when he saw Penny's face.
He had seen countless beauties, but those with Penny's looks did not have her figure, and those with her figure did not have her grace.
His heart skipped a beat when he saw Penny's graceful poise.
His eyes narrowed as he commented, "What a waste that such a beauty is going to be killed for your cousin."
Alfie suggested, "Mr. Artoria, I lost to Nathan this time. I can't go back to my grandpa. If you help me out, I can tell my grandpa you're interested in Penny and call off the underworld wedding."
Sam patted Alfie on the shoulder and smiled, "You're the best, buddy! If I don't get revenge on your behalf, I'll be disgracing Excalibur! Don't worry. I'll handle this!"
Alfie thanked him profusely, "Thanks, Mr. Artoria!"
