Salute to the General novel Chapter 1447

After dealing with Robinson, Cassandra, and the others, Christopher invited Nathan to the reception room.

Nathan told Christopher his aim in coming here.

Christopher smiled, "I see, you want the artiste del la I to join the forces and train with us for three months. For small matters like this, all you had to do was send someone to tell me about it. You didn't have to come down personally."

Nathan chuckled, "Thanks.”

They continued chatting and Christopher wanted to get the chefs to prepare a feast for Nathan. He also intended to bring Nathan on a tour of the base to let the soldiers get to see what the General of the North was like as well.

However, Nathan refused the offer politely.

Soon, Nathan, Wendy, and the others left in secret.

After Nathan left, the look of respect on

Christopher's face was replaced with one of fury.

He spat, "Damn it! First, he got rid of Lucifer and made life difficult for Mr. Tucker, and now, he even came to Mayberry to flaunt!"

He dismissed his subordinates and phoned Boris, who was at Brimmopolis.

When the call connected, Christopher told Boris about Nathan's arrival in Mayberry.

He spat, "Mr. Tucker, everyone knows that my hometown is in the North and the King of the North, Lucifer, is my best friend. Nathan took down Lucifer, showed up in my territory, and even forced me to demote a senior colonel! This brat is aiming for me after he got rid of Lucifer!”

Boris frowned. He had heard that Nathan made trouble for his in-laws, resulting in his wife complaining.

Back then, he did not take it to heart and instructed his in-laws not to make Nathan angry.

Now, Nathan showed up in his hometown, Mayberry.

Is Nathan here to deal with me?

Boris was on his guard.

He replied calmly, "Calm down, Christopher. While it's true that he did take down Lucifer, he might have ended up in your territory by chance."

Christopher spoke in a hushed tone, "Mr. Tucker, do you think the president suspects us and sent Nathan over to Mayberry to investigate us?"

Boris' heart was racing after that.
