Salute to the General novel Chapter 1705

Jasmine couldn't stop herself as she took the initiative to start clapping and said sincerely, “Your skills are unmatchable, Mr. Cross.”

Countless other customers finally snapped back to their senses too and they started to clap along.

Tears trickled down Penny's face as she glanced at Nathan.

When she heard the music earlier, memories of her meeting Nathan and reuniting with him emerged in her mind. She recalled how they turned from strangers to lovers, and now, they were spending their lives with each other happily. She couldn't stop herself from crying at the thought of that.

Even though everyone present was listening to the same song, what they felt and saw in their minds was completely different.

However, they were all impressed by Nathan's superb skills in playing the harp.

They stared at him in admiration. After listening to the amazing piece, no one thought that Nathan wasn't good enough to judge Jasmine anymore.

Of course, there was still an exception.

And that was Kiel.

Although he was shocked at Nathan's skills, he wasn't impressed one bit but was furious instead.

Nathan had gotten up by now, gesturing for the rest to not clap for him as he said, “It wasn't that good after all.”

“No. I think you did great, Hubby,” Penny praised him.

Jasmine's face was full of admiration too as she said, “She's right. Your skills are unmatchable. To be honest, I couldn't accept it when you said that my tea-making skills were just so-so and that my harp skills were even worse. But now that I've heard you play, I finally know what a heavenly song sounds like. If you don't mind, Mr. Cross, I would like you to be my teacher so that I can learn tea-making and playing the harp from you.

Everyone present gasped in shock upon hearing that.

The most reputable tea goddess of Brimmopolis was asking Nathan to be her teacher.

Kiel's face turned uglier in an instant.

He had been courting Jasmine for many years but she always acted indifferently towards him.

The man had once gifted her with a sports car but she didn't want it, leaving the car to be a scrap of useless metal at the entrance of the tea house.
