“What? Nathan killed Red Spider?”
At a villa by the sea, Kristoff and Bowen were shocked to hear about what had happened.
One of Kristoff's subordinates reported, “Yes, Mr. Young. I've double-checked the news, and I'm certain that Red Spider has passed on.”
Bowen frowned. As a well-known businessman, he should not have involved himself in such fights in the first place.
However, it was too late for him to retreat now.
Meanwhile, Kristoff's head was throbbing. He thought he could get rid of Nathan once and for all after hiring the Gates of Hell's assassins.
Yet, not only did they fail to take down Nathan, Hades' daughter died in Nathan's hands too.
Besides, Hades would arrive soon.
How the hell am I going to tell Hades that his daughter is dead?
At that moment, one of his subordinate ran over.
“What's wrong? Why do you look so anxious?” Kristoff interrogated.
“Mr. Young, there's a group of people outside claiming that Hades has arrived.”
What? Hades is here?
Immediately, Kristoff and Bowen exchanged panicked looks. “Hurry, lead me to him. I have to welcome him in personally.”
“There is no need to welcome me in. I do not have the habit of waiting at the entrance, so I let myself in.”
By the door, a man spoke in a low and gruff voice. He was tall and sturdy-looking, with a group of men following behind him.
As he walked into the room, everyone started to stare at the prominent figure.
The man was blonde, and he wore a bronze mask that resembled a beast's face. On top of that, he was dressed in a black suit.
Since he was buff and had defined muscles, his black outfit looked more like a suit of armor on him.
The man was Hades, who headed the Gates of Hell.
Several competent generals stood behind him, with murderous looks on their faces.
