The Zartmans were considered the weakest among all the Reclusive Families.
Cedric was also the weakest Patriarch compared to those of the other households.
Even so, the fact that Nathan had easily defeated him was more than enough to prove that Eurasia's God of War certainly lived up to his name.
Nathan was also most definitely their strongest opponent.
“I thought I'd be up against a worthy opponent considering how you're a Patriarch of a Reclusive Family, but clearly, I have overestimated you. Have you all been so busy chasing after power that this is all there is to your fighting abilities?” Nathan asked coldly.
Cedric clutched his chest and rose to his feet with the assistance of a few family members.
His face was completely drained of color, and he had lost all his strength to fight.
Despite feeling humiliated by Nathan's words, there was no way he could refute them as he had indeed lost.
Svend stepped forward at that very moment. “Nathan, I acknowledge your abilities, but this isn't a good enough reason for you to act all high and mighty. There's always someone far greater out there, and I'm going to prove it to you.”
“Allow me to teach this insolent a lesson for Mr. Zartman's sake, Mr. Zuckerberg,” Olaf offered.
“Stop fighting over him!” shouted Ulric. “I've hated this punk since a long time ago. Let me deal with him.”
Feeling confident about their own abilities, all three men began to argue over who would be the next person to fight Nathan.
After all, anyone who could defeat Nathan would have the right to brag about it at Cayden's birthday celebration tomorrow.
“Stop fighting already. All three of you come at me. I don't want to waste any more time,” Nathan said icily.
What?
Everyone who heard him was taken aback.
He's thinking of fighting three Reclusive
Family Patriarchs at the same time? That's too much!
Svend and the others were even more riled up now.
“If you want to die that badly, we'll make that happen, Nathan Cross.”
Taking the lead, Svend charged in Nathan's direction.
Olaf and Ulric were a little more hesitant, but they, too, ran toward their target out of fear that Svend would take all the credit.
An intense battle broke out immediately.
