Suddenly, their vehicle stopped abruptly amidst chaotic noises coming from the outside.
Nathan and Lucas instantly knew that something was amiss.
Nathan asked in a deep voice, “What's going on outside?”
Colin yelled over the noise, “Chief Cross, the prisoner, Isaiah, has suddenly gone on a rampage. He plans to commit a suicide attack by blowing up the vehicle that is carrying five tons of dynamite.”
Upon hearing the report, Nathan and Lucas alighted from their command vehicle together.
However, the chaos had already come to an end and order had been restored amongst the Eurasian soldiers.
Meanwhile, Isaiah lay in a pool of blood, with barely a breath left in him.
Standing beside him were Fang, Destroyer, and Heptakill.
It turned out that Isaiah took advantage of the soldiers letting down their guard to go berserk. After grabbing a sub-machine gun from one of the soldiers, he wanted to 6re at that dynamite-laden transport and blow it up.
Luckily, Fang and his companions managed to subdue him in time.
Furrowing his brows, Nathan stared at the dying Isaiah and sneered, “You truly refuse to give up, don't you? Despite having an arm lopped off, you continue to resist fiercely. Have you lost your will to live?”
Isaiah retorted through his gritted teeth, “After breaking my arm, you have destroyed me by turning me into a cripple. Hence, I intend to take you down with me by blowing up that transport. Unfortunately, I was just a step too late in firing my gun.”
Nathan sniggered, “Haha, your imagination has gotten the better of you. Actually, the truck isn't carrying any dynamite at all. Instead, there's nothing but sand in the back. Did you actually think I would bring such a huge bomb to the battle? What do you think I am, crazy?”
What? The five ton bomb was a ruse?
