"Penny, it's me!"

Felix approached Penny and gazed at her affectionately. "I just came back from studying abroad. All these years that I've been overseas, I haven't been able to forget about you. I came to find you as soon as I came back."

"Penny, I like you. Be my girlfriend!"

Penny froze. While in university, Felix was the Student Council President, whereas she was a member of the council.

Other than that, they had no interactions.

So why was Felix Logan suddenly saying that he could not forget about her while professing his love to her?

She intended to quickly reject him, telling him that she held no feelings for him, as she had a husband and child.

But before she could say anything, the revving sound of a sports car interrupted her.

Everyone standing around automatically looked towards the source of the revving sound.

Then everyone's mouths fell open wide in surprise and disbelief.

A Pagani Zonda, a sports car worth well over thirty million, appeared in everyone's view.

The Maserati shrunk in shame in front of the Pagani Zonda.

What was even more astonishing was that the Pagani Zonda did not decrease its speed, as it bulldozed the heart-shaped roses on the ground, right before stopping in front of Penny and Felix.

Felix's eyes were filled with both anger and shock.

When the windows rolled down, Penny was surprised to discover that the person driving the Pagani Zonda was none other than Nathan Cross.

Nathan frowned at Felix then looked towards Penny. "Honey, get in. Let's go home."

"Okay!"

Penny got into the car, and Nathan drove off with her while all the passerby's looked on in envy.

It was not until Nathan's sports car had disappeared from view did Felix regain his composure.
