Selene felt a chill down her spine at the voice. She turned around to find a pale-skinned beautiful woman with an elegant demeanor. The woman looked to be around the same age as Selene's mother but was taller and more elegant than her in comparison. For a moment, she couldn't tell who that was. Six years ago when the Lynns imprisoned Gloria, she had just been transported back from foreign land, ragged and covered in dirt like a common beggar, so Selene never managed to see what Gloria actually looked like. She stared at the woman before her in confusion and asked, "who are you?"
"She's my aunt!" Marcus growled.
Aunt? Selene paused to think for a second, before chuckling, "Well, my cousin's aunt is my aunt, too. You are probably older than my mom, right? Hello, Auntie. I'm your sister's daughter's daughter. Um...why hasn't anyone told me that Grandpa has another daughter?"
"She is my mom!" Sabrina jumped into the conversation.
"Ah!" Selene suddenly noticed Sabrina, who was sitting right by her mother.
"You..." Selene gaped and pointed at Sabrina while she tried to organize her thoughts. "You...you murderer, why...why aren't you taken away? Why are you here? How could my aunt be your mother? Your mom is
supposed to be some country woman, you must be losing your mind over how much you miss your mom!
" She turned around to look at the old Master Shaw. " Grandpa, Grandpa! Why is Sabrina here? Grandpa..." i
Before Selene could approach the old Master Shaw, Marcus sent her flying with a kick.
"Ouch..." Selene fell on the ground with a hand over her injured stomach and wailed in pain.
