The woman was about four to five months into her pregnancy, and was rushing forward in frustration. A rough-looking man came out of the vehicle shortly after and ran up to the woman in the pink windcoat before grabbing her by the arm. Without saying a word, the man slapped the woman across the face and shouted, "this ought to teach you. Come back with me!"
The woman stumbled forward from the slap and was about to fall to the ground but she did not, because she fell into Alex's waiting arms.
He held the woman by the shoulders excitedly. "I've finally found you, Jane. I've looked so hard, Jane! Your ... Your belly has grown so big, has it been four months already? You... You found yourself another boyfriend? Why is it that you always meet the wrong people?

Before the woman could respond, he let go of his hands and got herself to sit on the bench at the bus stop before turning around to face the man who hit her.
"Wh--Who are you? Why did you hug my wife like that in broad daylight? Do you have a death wish-"
Before the man could finish, Alex's punch landed on his face. His force was formidable and immediately sent the man falling, his limbs sprawling over the ground while he started bleeding from the nose. After

The woman apparently loved her husband. Despite being slapped by him just moments ago, she was trying everything she could to save him at that moment. She grabbed onto Alex's arm and bit down. Luckily, Andrew was swift enough to stop her in time by locking her arms behind her back. That was when Alex finally saw her face and realized that she was not Jane, but just another woman who was four months pregnant that looked like her from behind.
"..." After a brief moment, Alex said with a tired voice,' Andrew, let her go."
"But Master..."
