The Adorable Twin’s Sticky Daddy novel Chapter 181

Seeing that Nancy was in a hurry, Charles drove her like a mad man to the hospital. And right after he parked the car, she got out immediately while he followed after her.

As expected, Doris was already waiting in the office.

"Nancy, the school forum..." Doris began to say something, but her face changed upon seeing who was behind Nancy. So, with a straight face, she stopped speaking.

"What’s wrong with the school?" asked Nancy curiously, not minding the sudden change in Doris' aura.

"Aha, nothing, nothing." The latter smiled awkwardly while glancing at Charles with her pair of big eyes.

She just wanted to tell Nancy that it was uncomfortable for her to speak in front of him, so she couldn't get to say it directly.

Lucky for her, Nancy was a smart woman. She immediately understood what Doris meant when she saw the look on her face.

So, she turned to face Charles and said gently, "You can leave now. I know you have some work to do."

Upon hearing this, he sensed that the women were hiding something from him. But since they obviously wouldn't tell him, Charles let out a frown on his lips.

"Okay. I'll pick you up this afternoon. Remember not to run around," he warned, narrowing his eyes at Nancy.

"Okay, I'll wait for you." The latter just flashed a smile, signaling the end of their conversation.

At the same time, Charles cast a scrupulous, long glance at Doris before he left.

"Nancy, look at this..."

After making sure that he had left, Doris immediately clicked on the website of the medical school's forum.

"One student, whose surname is Ning, was suspended from school five years ago. She was hired by a wealthy man to give birth to a child. And after making a lot of money, she went abroad for further study."

As Doris read through the article, a shiver ran down Nancy's spine. Beads of cold sweat formed on her forehead, and she suddenly felt her legs wobbling.

Who else, with the surname Ning, took a break from school five years ago?

Who would reveal her information after all this time?

"You should carefully deal with this matter. I saw it this morning, but I didn't dare to tell Jay. After I sent the children to school, I immediately came out to see you. What should we do?" Doris worriedly informed.

Last night, she tucked Bobby and Nadia to bed after playing with them for a while, leaving her alone with Jay in their room.

"Can you give birth to a pigeon pair for me?" Jay shamelessly suggested, obviously referring to Bobby and Nadia.

He even had the guts to grin while his arms were wrapped around her and head against her shoulder. "What are you talking about? Nadia and Bobby are not twins," Doris snorted, slightly pinching his sides.

With his big hand caressing her belly, he continued, "Well, they look very similar, don't you think? If I didn't know that Bobby had a different mother, I would think that Nancy gave birth to him. The kids just have an uncanny resemblance."

For a while, Doris was taken aback by what he said. "What?! Stop talking nonsense. That's impossible."

"I was just kidding. Don’t take it seriously. But I really hope Bobby was Nancy's. You know, back then, the Fu family hired a woman to give birth to Bobby, and kept it a secret from him. That poor child. I pity him."

"Yes, it’s a pity, but I swear that it has nothing to do with Nancy!" Doris said confidently, although deep down, doubt started to conquer her mind.

A woman as strong as Nancy wouldn't do such a ridiculous thing as giving birth to a stranger's child for money.

But Doris forgot that when people were desperate, they 'd bite the knife to survive.

Therefore, when she woke up this morning and accidentally saw the news on the school forum, she was stunned.

The first person she thought of was Nancy while blankly staring at the screen.

So after eating her breakfast in a hurry and driving the kids to the kindergarten, she went straight to Nancy's office.

Doris didn't dare to tell anyone about it, fearing that it would stir a ruckus.
