Isaac's interest in her was clear as day, and it was only a matter of time before they patched things up. When that happened, Isaac bringing trouble to the Dillion family was inevitable.
Brittany knew exactly what Timothy was thinking, and she felt guilty.
She had ruined William's leg and the reputation of the Dillion family.
Brittany shook her head. "I will transfer all my shares to William. I don't need any money."
Timothy was shocked. He clearly didn't expect Brittany to give up such a fortune.
The Dillion Group pulled through the crisis, so the stock price kept climbing, and the value of the shares Brittany held had long exceeded 100 million dollars.
"Ms. Dustin, are you sure?"
"I'm sure." Brittany was firm. "Mr. Dillion, I'm really sorry about the wedding."
Timothy was unsure of what to do, then he asked, "The kid… It's yours and Isaac's, right?"
Olivia had already told the Dillion family that Brittany and Isaac had a child.
"Yes, I just found out."
"Since you two have a child together, you'll probably end up together." Timothy looked serious. "Ms. Dustin, you've done the Dillion family a favor, and I don't want things to be awkward. You and William can't be together."
The Dillion family was at Isaac's mercy, and they didn't dare upset him.
Brittany knew Timothy wouldn't approve of their relationship, causing her eyelashes to tremble slightly.
She never thought about getting back together with Isaac. She was even desperate to leave Imperial City so she could escape everything related to the Salter family.
"Ms. Dustin, William has had a tough time these past few years; I don’t want any more problems. I’m his father, and I want my son to have a peaceful life. The longer you two stay together, the less likely the Salter family will leave us alone. I hope you understand."
Brittany's face changed slightly, and after a while, she tightened her grip on her bag and took a deep breath. "I understand."
When Brittany came out, William left with her.
