Ian watched in shock, his mouth agape.
He had always viewed Justin as dignified and graceful, but Justin was eating so messily, completely disregarding his image. It was almost like a pig... No, it was like Ryan had possessed Justin!
“Look at you, Mr. Salvador. The Young Madam cares so much about you. She knows that you would be too busy to eat, so she has taken care of everything for you.”
Ian could not help but compliment shamelessly, “With a wife like this, what more could a husband ask for?”
“It’s just a pity that it wasn’t her who personally delivered it to me.” Justin sighed, feeling somewhat unsatisfied. He took a gulp of water before finishing the food, feeling genuinely hungry despite devouring it all.
If it had been Bella who had brought it over herself, he could have eaten something else after finishing lunch.
Just the thought made his thin lips curl into a smile, unable to contain his joy.
“In the past, the Young Madam has brought you food more than once, even desserts. Didn’t you always refuse to let her come upstairs?” Ian pursed his lips and couldn’t help but make a sarcastic comment.
Justin felt a sharp pain in his heart. He also felt suffocated, as if a rock had gotten stuck in his throat.
At this moment, Ian’s phone rang. He glanced at the screen and saw that it was a call from someone in Terranova, so he promptly answered.
After listening carefully for a moment, Ian widened his eyes in shock and immediately looked at Justin.
“Mr. Salvador! Something happened at the hospital in Terranova. Three of the villagers who were injured during the forced demolition by the Iverson Group didn’t make it through the night and died in the hospital!”
