The human luna novel Chapter 2

[Logan POV]

I ordered for a margarita and sat not far from her, the people she were with, made it impossible for me to approach her for a conversation. She was seated close to one dude, I don't know who he was, but I was jealous already. She got up from the chair in which she was seated. She began dancing, her butt facing the dude's face.

it got my wolf so upset to the point of threatening to take full control of me. I tried everything I could to calm him down. "Common you can't show up now, we are in the human world, don't frighten anyone." I said trying to control him.

"That dude is placing his filthy hands on mate and that's all you can say, huh?" He said at the back of my mind, I could feel his jealousy.

"You need to take things easy, mate knows nothing about us. We will have to work this intelligently." I mind-linked him one more time. At this point, I succeeded in calming him down.

My beautiful damsel stopped dancing, she took the direction leading to the restroom. I followed her as that was the only calm place in which I could talk to her.

I stood in-front of the door like a guard, protecting her from being harmed. Once she opened the door, we were now standing close to each other. Eye ball to eye ball. Her ocean blue eyes, and her beautiful face got me losing my mind, i could feel the bond. I couldn't help but take her hands into mine. "Mate" I said while rubbing the back of her palm with my tom finger.

"What? Sir, please you must be mistaken." She said widening her eyes. For the very first time I got to know what her voice sounded like.

"I'm not mistaken love. You are definitely the person I have been searching for." Again I muttered, leaving her clueless.

She looked me in the eyes, her hands still tight to mine. She opened her mouth widely, and the next thing, she smirked. "Oh I understand, you are drunk. You should control your alcohol intake, okay?" She said still standing in my face.

It's obvious she took me for a drunk. Someone she knew nothing about, stood in her face saying he had being searching for her.

"I'm not drunk, I can assure you." I said honestly

"That's the problem with you dudes. You drink and forget yourselves, studies have shown, that people who are drunk can't tell if they really are." She said, this time she released her hands from mine, wrapping them under her chest, one side of her butt leaned to the wall. I was so impressed, she made research.
