But for all magical instruments, the strength of its effectiveness was closely related to three aspects.
Firstly, it was the material used to refine the magical instrument.
The better the material, the more powerful the magical instrument that was refined. This was the same as the casting of swords. The better the steel used, the sharper and tougher the sword.
Secondly, it was the refiner's own ability.
The stronger the Reiki and the higher the cultivation level, the stronger the magical instrument would be. It was just like the gap between ordinary people and the swordsmith master which was insurmountable.
As for the third, it was naturally the user's own strength.
All magical instruments were, by no means, a perpetual motion machine that could be used indefinitely.
For example, there were two types of magical instruments for the Thunder Order. The first one was for the refiner to inject Reiki into the Thunder Order directly. This kind of Thunder Order could be used by people who did not have a cultivation base as long as they knew the mantra.
But in this manner, how long and the number of times that it could be used would depend entirely on the amount of Reiki contained in the Thunder Order.
It was the same principle as water guns. How much water could be squeezed out did not depend on the user, but it depend on how much water was stored in i t.
There was another kind where the refiner would use Reiki to refine the thunder talisman inside the Thunder Order. Each time the Thunder Order was used, the user would have to inject Reiki into it to activate it.
Currently, for Charlie, the Reiki in his body was already quite pure and so, he planned to use the second method to refine the Soul Blade.
This way, Charlie would be the only one who could use this Soul Blade, and no one else would be able to activate it.
