The Eighth Elder of the Lagorio family waited quietly. After a while, Lily finally came out.
"What happened? I guess that he agreed to the proposition? Why did he ask you to stay behind? What's so critical that he must talk with you alone?"
When he saw Lily emerging, the Eighth Elder quickly rushed over, confusion filling him.
Lily's emotions were in a tangle. She still felt disgusted after having been ravished by an old man.
She looked at the Eighth Elder. "Let's leave this place first," she said. "I'll tell you everything in a while!"
"All right!"
The Eighth Elder frowned. He could tell that Lily was in a bad mood, so he did not dare to press her any further. He took out the flying carpet, and the two hopped on it and flew into the distance.
After they had flown for some time, the Eighth Elder finally asked, "Eldest Miss, should we head for the Pavilion of Soaring Eagles?"
Lily had not intended to go there, but she gave it some thought and said, "Let's go. We've been successful so far. Besides, we shouldn't just give up our chances of taking spirited grass. Since the other three Pavilions already know of this, it should be fine if another is in the loop!"
"Haha. You're right, Eldest Miss. We shouldn't waste this opportunity!"
The Eighth Elder burst into laughter after he heard this.
