The Supreme God of Martial Arts novel Chapter 1724

In the silence, three elders from the Flame Holy Land appeared on the eighth floor of the Slave Tower. They looked around and when they saw Austin, their faces lit up with surprise and worry.

"Holy Heritor, are you all right?" one of the elders asked.

Austin sighed in relief but that didn't stop the elders from hurrying to surround him. One of them even checked Austin for wounds.

"I'm fine. Thank you for your concern," Austin said, smiling.

It was moving to think that the elders had rushed to help him once they had found out his was trapped there. However, he wasn't the one who needed help most. Austin led the elders to the old man on the ground.

"This elder is not doing well. He is a part of our Flame Holy Land and has been since ancient times.

He's been sealed in the Northern Mine District for a long time and has just come back to life but he's not responding," Austin added as he looked at the old man who was sitting on the ground.

It seemed that none of the elders had noticed his presence.

They looked at the old man with open jaws. He looked like a corpse.

The three elders felt that something was going on with the old man.

The old man's eyes were empty and staring straight ahead. It looked like he was caught in an old memory and couldn't snap out of it.

"What happened to this elder?"

asked Elder Brendan, pointing at him.

"I don't know exactly. He came back to life and then sat down and hasn't moved since. It freaked me out. The only reason I can think of is that he hasn't adapted to the environment yet.

It might help if we left him alone for a while and see if he comes to on his own,"

Austin explained, gazing sympathetically at the old man.

"We get it, brat. You don't have to explain it to us. It's obvious that this old man has been sealed for too long.

Over time, his life energy has drained out of him—like water dripping slowly from a bucket with a hole in the bottom.

That means that even though he is alive again, he is not conscious. His remaining life energy is not strong or plentiful enough to jolt his body awake.

He needs a long time to recover and regain his energy.

However, I know a way that we can help him now. There is a way to give him a large amount of energy that he can absorb.

It will give him a chance to recover in a short span of time," Earth Hermit said to Austin.

Austin could see the idea lighting up in his eyes like a spark and he felt hope surge in him too.

"That's a good idea. We can give it a try,"

Brady responded as he nodded in agreement.

"Okay. Step back. I'll go first," Austin announced, waving his arm in front of him.

He flicked his wrist and about a billion enlightening crystals emerged from his Space Ring.

They landed in piles on the ground and slid towards the old man.

Austin looked down at his Space Ring and rubbed it with his fingers. Ruling crystals began to pour out of it and shower the ground at his feet. There must have been ten million of them that traveled towards the old man.

Without stopping to consider it, Austin took out over ten thousand superior herbs and dropped them around the old man.

Once he was finished, Austin stood silently and watched the old man. He didn't stir. What Austin had offered was almost everything he owned.

"Wow, brat. I never expected you to be so rich,"

Earth Hermit praised.

If other young cultivators in the East Mainland were around, they would be too shocked at the sight of the treasures to utter a word. It normally took years to acquire such riches and even then, sometimes cultivators ended up poor.

"In order to show my respect for the elder, I'd like to share some of my collections too," Earth Hermit added, surprising Austin.

Perhaps there was still a chance the old man could wake. Everyone watched as Earth Hermit rubbed his Space Ring and piles of objects fell on the ground.

There were tons of enlightening crystals, ruling crystals, superior herbs, and pills. The value of these items was higher than everything Austin had taken out of his Space Ring.

"So do we."

The three elders of the Flame Holy Land also took out all sorts of crystals, herbs, and pills from their Space Rings. Austin couldn't believe how easily all of them had contributed their precious treasures to help the old man that none of them knew.

Before long, the eighth floor of the Slave Tower was filled with crystals, herbs, and pills.

They continued to pile up until the old man was buried beneath them. Austin watched as the tip of his head disappeared and momentarily worried that they had gone too far. Could they provide him with too much life energy?

The only way they knew he hadn't vanished was with their spiritual senses.

Suddenly, dense spiritual energy roared and raged like strong gusts of wind.
