"I didn't mention any names." Kingsley shrugged. "Only someone with a guilty conscience would jump to conclusions!"
"You!"
Just as Rupert was about to say something else, Victoria spoke calmly. "Notify Darren that from now on, any new member who joins the gang must follow the rules first."
Rupert's entire body stiffened.
Darren was an elder with a similar seniority as him, but he was extremely loyal to Victoria and did not have other thoughts.
If all new members were handed over to Darren to manage, Rupert would lose a considerable amount of power!
Rupert's facial expression turned bad and he wished he could tear Kingsley apart on the spot!
Yet, he didn't dare to directly confront Victoria, so he could only grit his teeth unwillingly and say, "Understood, Miss Jeanne. I'll inform Darren."
Seeing this situation, Kingsley showed a hint of relief on his face. He could tell that Victoria had a deep emotional connection with Rupert.
If he were to help her get rid of Rupert without her consent, she might not truly appreciate his good intentions.
Now that Kingsley saw her starting to reduce Rupert's power, he breathed a sigh of relief.
Rupert shouldn't be able to cause any trouble for her within a short period.
Kingsley smiled faintly and looked at Victoria. "Miss Jeanne, I won't interfere with the internal affairs of your gang. But now, shall we talk about business?"
She nodded. "Mr. Nicholson, if you can guarantee that after Advisor Shane's men enter my territory, they will only monitor the people who owe your friend money, and will not cause any other trouble, I can agree to your request."
Rupert's pupils flickered, and he hurriedly suggested, "Boss, you have to think it through! Kenny and his men—"
Before he finished speaking, she interrupted coldly, "I have my own plans. Don't worry, I won't do anything reckless with my own territory."
