He had anticipated this. As soon as he mentioned the 150 million deposit, no one would continue to object.

He waved at Kingsley and called, "Mr. Nicholson, you can proceed now!"

However, what Trevon didn't expect was that the old lady didn't care whether someone was making a deposit of 150 million or 15 dollars.

All she wanted was to quickly transfer the seven grand so that she could receive her prize money.

In a tantrum, she shouted, "I don't care! You must make the transfer for me today! Otherwise, I won't be able to get my prize money!"

Trevon's face turned surly. "Old lady, if you cause any more trouble, I'll call the cops!"

"Cops? Why would you call the cops?" The old woman panicked.

"I haven't done anything illegal! What right do you have to call the cops to arrest me?"

She sat down on the ground and wailed. "I finally won such a big prize in my life! Why are you all bullying an old lady like me?"

At that moment, Kingsley approached and slowly squatted down. "Ma'am, please calm down and think carefully. Have you participated in any lottery recently?"

His voice was calm but carried an undeniable air of authority.

He didn't intimidate the old lady with fear. Nonetheless, he stopped her from wailing instantly.

The old lady looked at him and whispered, "I... I didn't participate in any lottery. The TV station called me and said that I won the first prize though. Can the TV station be lying?"

"Could you give me the phone number of the TV station?" He extended his palm at her.

"What do you want it for? Are you trying to steal my prize money away?" The old woman backed away.

"No, I just want to help," replied Kingsley firmly.

Gazing into Kingsley's light brown eyes, the old lady inexplicably felt a sense of trust.

Shakily, she took out an elderly mobile phone from her pocket. "After you've seen the number, can you help me make the transfer?"

Kingsley took the phone and replied, "After I make this call, you probably won't need to transfer the money anymore."
